solid stay NEAR termini
comfortable bed rooftop bar convenient location
the bed in my collection premium room was very comfortable. the staff were nice, especially in the rooftop bar, it's a great place to relax. also, the location is NEAR termini station, it made getting around very convenient.
the room could have been cleaner. i noticed a broken tile in the bathroom, and the bathmat didn't look very clean. it's a minor thing, but it would improve the overall experience .

The staff was friendly and helpful. i appreciated that the ac was working well, something i value as an american. the location was convenient, especially because it was easy to get assistance from the front desk.
The bar didn't restock the drambuie we finished on the first night. It was a minor inconvenience. i wish they had more available.

i enjoyed a suite upgrade! the room included a minibar. it featured complimentary drinks. the location provided easy access to the main train station. the suite included a rainfall shower. but the complimentary toiletries were superb.
the gym only had two treadmills.

room upgrade helpful staff thoughtful surprise
i received a room upgrade upon arrival. The staff was helpful when i needed something. The hotel provided a birthday cake with a candle and warm wishes, even though i hadn't mentioned my birthday. This was a very thoughtful surprise.
The pool was adults only. i wish this information had been on their website because i had planned to take my child to the pool. This limitation impacted our family time.
